Context-switching

Oftentimes, when I am enjoying myself in a particular context, I would find it difficult to switch context to do something else that is equally enjoyable to me.  The new context would seem less attractive and I am slowed down by inertia to switch to the new context. It is only after switching that I realize the “difference” in level of enjoyment was merely an illusion.  How do I overcome this?
